Slalom LLC Senior Product Manager - Engagement Tracker Web Application (Temp, Remote) in Seattle, Washington

What You'll Do As a Senior Product Owner for our Engagement Tracker project, you'll collaborate with a diverse team of designers, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple markets. You'll work closely with Engagement Leads (ELs) to develop a web application that revolutionizes how we track and manage project financials. Your passion for creating impactful products and navigating complex environments will be instrumental in delivering a solution that enhances efficiency and user satisfaction. * Propose innovative solutions for the Engagement Tracker based on data analysis, customer insights, and industry best practices. * Engage with ELs and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features. * Create and evolve a product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and delivers maximum value. * Craft, prioritize, and accept user stories, incorporating them into release planning to meet user needs. * Establish regular communication channels with stakeholders and executives to foster trust and keep everyone aligned. * Identify potential challenges early and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth product launch. * Ensure the product is user-centric, accessible across all devices and meets the needs of a diverse user base. What You'll Bring * Multiple years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, preferably with web application projects. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including leading stand-ups, iteration planning, retrospectives, and product demos. * Ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams, influence decision-making, and align team members with shared objectives. * Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of roles-from executives to developers-ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across all levels of the organization. * Deep empathy for users with strong user experience sensibilities, ensuring the product meets their needs and enhances their workflows.
