PACE Staffing Network Senior Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Are you a seasoned project manager ready to lead impactful, high-visibility projects with an established team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction and renovation to lead complex, large-scale Healthcare projects ranging from 1 to 4 years in length. You will manage 2-3 projects at a time, which may include renovations, equipment moves, and full builds. This role requires flexibility and adaptability as you may transition to new projects mid-cycle.

What You'll be Doing...

  • Lead full-cycle project management from initiation, design, and launch through to close-out
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and meet critical timelines
  • Coordinate and guide project teams (3-4 PMs with additional project support)
  • Mentor colleagues, manage conflicts, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Work closely with vendors, consultants, and other purchased services
  • Organize and lead project team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and recording action items

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing large and complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale project teams through full-cycle management, build strong professional relationships, and effectively mentor team members
  • Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and a strong understanding of various project management tools
  • Track record of exercising the following key traits: flexibility, leadership, adaptability, conflict management, and relationship-building

Here's the important details:

  • Location: Hybrid - flexibility required to work on-site as needed in Seattle, Eastside, and Tacoma areas.
  • Job Type: Contract, must be able to commit to 1 year.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
  • Hourly pay rate: $63.00-$76.00
