We are proud and excited to offer summer internships for 2025 across several of our different office locations and are currently seeking a Service – Operations & Support Intern to join our team in Seattle.

• Availability in Summer 2025 (May/June start until August/September depending on school)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills.

• Must be self–motivated, able to multi ‐ task, and work independently.

• Be Curious About the Built - Environment

• Must be 18 years of age or older

What our Service – Operations & Support Intern are responsible for:

• Collaborate with the Operations team to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and clarity.

• Develop problem statements and actionable plans to address operational challenges or inefficiencies as they arise

• Analize financial and other data to formulate trends, and provide data driven opportunities for improved outcomes.

• Support the coordination and documentation of updates to existing and new policies, procedures, and templates, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

• Work with other teams inside McKinstry to understand their needs and provide holistic solutions.

The hourly rate for this role is $24/hr
