Plymouth Housing Group Shelter Plus Care Contract Supervisor in Seattle, Washington

SALARY $61,480 - $67,800 FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ROLE AND OUR MISSION TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE Shelter Plus Care (SPC) is a federally funded rental assistance program managed by Plymouth Housing in partnership with King County Housing and Community Development. The program collaborates with service agencies to provide housing subsidies and supportive services to formerly homeless households with disabilities. Participants live in rental properties throughout King County. The SPC Contract Supervisor is responsible for overseeing referrals and new enrollments, monitoring subcontract compliance with SPC partner agencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The SPC Contract Supervisor also trains partners on program requirements, maintains ongoing contact with agencies about enrollments and program operations, and collaborates with program staff and IT to maintain high data quality and timely reporting, effectively managing grant funds in coordination with Finance. Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County, Plymouth is helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever. As part of our strategic vision, we are building internal behavioral health services and transforming our systems to address rapid growth and the changing needs of residents. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSING Tenant Participants Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance for new participant enrollments. Review new applications for eligibility, completeness, and program qualifications. Track and follow up on new applications. Coordinate initial inspections and process new move-ins. Approve applications and initial payments. Maintain data integrity in the organization's database. Acquaint landlords with program policies. Support annual tenant recertification. Review and control new enrollment payments. Relationship Management Monitor subcontract compliance and partner agency performance. Train partner agency staff on SPC Management Plan and program procedures. Conduct annual monitoring visits with King County. Co-facilitate monthly SPC Coordinating Committee meetings. Ensure policies conform to legal requirements. Refer partner agencies to enforcement bodies for landlord-tenant conflicts. Identify, secure, and onboard new partner agencies. Respond to inquiries from organization representatives, landlords, and community members. Maintain standard operating procedure manuals. HMIS Compliance/SPC Database Maintenance Coordinate with Data Entry Analyst and Data Manager. Collaborate with IT to comply with reporting requirements. Coordinate database maintenance and enhancements. Financial Management/Contracting/Audits/Reporting Coordinate with Finance on administrative invoicing reports. Assist with annual contract renewal applications. Support audits and monitoring visits. Cross-train on service match collection and reporting.
