What You'll Do • Develop actionable insights and recommendations aimed at improving the customer experience • Provide user experience research expertise, alongside existing customer experience design teams • Identify, define, and implement UX research based on customer defined priorities • Ensure key products and experiences are launched on time • Drive UX research activities, advocating for clarity of customer solutions while keeping in mind business goals and engaging multiple partners and stakeholders • What You'll Bring • 5+ years in UX Research experience • Experience defining, refining and executing UX research & testing plans • Experience synthesizing large amounts of input, both qualitative and quantitative research generating thoughtful output About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
