Job Title: UX Researcher Location: Local to WA state strongly preferred, potential for some onsite. If not local, open for occasional travel. What You'll Do • Develop actionable insights and recommendations aimed at improving the customer experience • Provide user experience research expertise, alongside existing customer experience design teams • Identify, define, and implement UX research based on customer defined priorities • Ensure key products and experiences are launched on time • Drive UX research activities, advocating for clarity of customer solutions while keeping in mind business goals and engaging multiple partners and stakeholders • What You'll Bring • 5+ years in UX Research experience • Experience defining, refining and executing UX research & testing plans • Experience synthesizing large amounts of input, both qualitative and quantitative research generating thoughtful output About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
