Join Us in Bringing Photoshop on the Web to More Creators At Adobe, we're seeking a dedicated software engineer to play a key role in expanding the capabilities of Photoshop on the web. As part of our team, you'll help bring Photoshop on the Web to more creators by applying innovative web technologies. What You'll Do: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and quality engineering to lay the foundations for and deliver new features and performance improvements for Photoshop on the Web. * Ensure seamless performance and accessibility across various devices and browsers, working directly with external partners to unlock new image editing possibilities on the web. * Participate in technical investigations and prototyping to bring new graphic-intensive and generative workflows to Photoshop on the Web. What You Need to Succeed: * Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and independent thinking, with strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment. * 5+ years of experience in building and deploying web applications. * Experience with TypeScript or similar typed development contexts, along with a deep understanding of core web technologies. * Experience with WebAssembly and familiarity with C++ development. * Familiarity with modern client-side development tools such as Vite and Webpack. Nice to Haves: * Exposure to Adobe design software, particularly Photoshop. * Experience with automated testing tools like Vitest and Playwright. * Knowledge of Lean Development or Agile methodologies. Join us in shaping the future of Photoshop on the web. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
