Blue Origin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Sr. Director Mergers & Acquisition to join our rapidly growing organization. As part of a hardworking, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to support the pre-acquisition process through target identification and then lead the post-close integration process. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to communicate the vision, strategy and tactical application of cost-effective strategies and key deliverables. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight! Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional team to drive strategy and execution of Blue Origins Merger and Acquisition program Develop and lead team to own vertical integration execution Develop and execute the evaluation, financial, and operational strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects. Advise and evaluate deal rationale, financial projections, risk assessment, and financial implications. Developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. Translate the business rationale into organized diligence priorities and findings, integration work streams and related integration plans Lead the designated cross functional integration team with ultimate accountability for a successful integration post-acquisition Support multiple acquisition diligence and integration work streams simultaneously prior to acquisition close Ensure appropriate focus on and commitment to acquisition integration and seamless transition Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or related discipline 10+ years of M&A due diligence experience Experience having lead at least two major acquisition integration in the last ten years Direct experience executing M&A transactions from start to finish, utilizing strong financial and project management capabilities Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive business results through technology and product innovation in the supply chain industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices related to supply chain management. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to our inclusive culture.
