Amazon Global team is pioneering cross-border e-Commerce by becoming a one-stop shop for Amazon Customers Worldwide and providing a seamless experience to shop international selection. Selection is a key input driver for this business and we are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starter product manager to join as the Sr. Product Manager to take a leadership role in driving one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses.

The product manager in this role will be focusing on driving Selection enablement initiatives for Exports Business and interact with technology, localization, AI/ML Science, and Catalog tech teams. The ideal candidate will be expected to have product experience and ability to drive initiatives from PRFAQ to launch stages. This person will also have opportunity to lead current retail, global store and exports selection initiatives, and products and will be tasked to drive selection up by partnering with Global Retail teams. The ideal candidate should have solid data analytics skills along with excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon Global & Expansion at all levels.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Solve cross border selection expansion challenges

  • Lead and manage selection enablement products end to end by building long term product vision, and scalable strategy, and owning a product roadmap

  • Work with cross global expansion teams, including but not limited to global store, exports, retail expansion, global selling, global listing to develop a unified selection enablement product

  • Interact and drive top down adoption by working with leadership (VPs, Directors) of global expansion

  • Work closely with business teams and customers to measure and track the impact and adapt the product strategy accordingly

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
