Amazon Sr. Product Manager, Global Purchasing Program in Seattle, Washington
Description
Looking for an opportunity to make a global impact? Global Purchasing Program (GPP) owns cross-border inventory movements and import solutions for Amazon international stores. Our charter is to rapidly expand Amazon’s retail presence globally, partnering with business, technology, and product teams to bring Amazon’s selection and scale to our customers around the world.
We’re looking for a product manager to join our team in driving important international inventory initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of global supply chain logistics, inventory management best practices, international trade regulations, and the technical know-how to support seamless and scalable inventory solutions. The scope will address complex challenges faced by export and import compliance, country-specific accounting and tax regulations, customer and vendor experience, and cross-stack application of solutions.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in accounting, tax, finance, or vendor management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
