AHS Marketing is seeking a seasoned Sr Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy to drive all AHS businesses, including One Medical, One Medical Pay Per Visit, Amazon Pharmacy, and Health Condition Programs. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy to drive AHS adoption and engagement. The marketing program development includes customer behavioral analysis, customer research, retention program management, personalized content development, targeting segment strategy, marketing channel management, and creative development. This position will work closely with product management, UX, and engineering teams, as well as partner with stakeholder teams to deliver experiences that resonate with customers. This role requires the ability to think big, dive deep with technical teams, and work across partners throughout the AHS business. You must have a passion for healthcare services and bring analytical rigor to the team. It is critical that you work backward from the customer and think through the customer's needs to develop the marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will think strategically and execute rigorously. You must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You will anticipate and remove bottlenecks, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus constraints. You will be at the center of the customer experience and need to dive into the customers’ responses, incremental business impact, and budget justification for your program, which requires strong analytical skills. Key job responsibilities

  • Own product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Amazon Health Services.

  • Manage prioritization and tradeoffs across multiple strategic marketing programs, establish streamlined business processes, and ultimately drive AHS adoption and engagement.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the overall strategy to meet customer adoption and financial goals.

  • Work cross-functionally with the external and internal stakeholders (e.g., product management team, engineering team, marketing channel owners, and advertisement partners) for marketing program management.

  • Define experimental frameworks and develop new scalable marketing programs whose incremental business impact should be measurable.

  • Dive into the marketing program funnel metrics (impression, click, install, sign-in, purchase, etc.) to measure the customers’ response and continually improve business performance metrics by leveraging marketing channels, internal targeting tools, and creative refreshes.

  • Represent the voice of customers/partners to influence roadmap priorities, new product features, and product improvements.

  • Partner cross-functionally to drive innovative marketing programs that are impactful to our customers and partners and increase brand and product awareness across Amazon

  • Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders about your program performance verbally and in writing.

A day in the life

You will develop a strategy to drive AHS adoption and engagement through customer behavioral analysis, customer research, retention program management, personalized content development, targeting segment strategy, marketing channel management, and creative development. You will also lead special projects on building new channels to scale the AHS acquisition program. You will closely partner with the product, UX, tech, BIE, Legal, and PR team for your marketing strategy development and execution. Once you launch new marketing experiments, you monitor the customer and business impact through an internal/external dashboard, WBR, and custom data analysis to prepare for the WBR update. You will engage with senior leadership to share your ideas on how we can build the next generation of marketing for AHS.

About the team

AHS Performance Marketing owns driving new customers to all Amazon Health businesses, including One Medical, One Medical Pay Per Visit, Amazon Pharmacy, and Health Condition Programs. We look to automate optimization for each channel and are constantly looking for scale. We are heavily data-driven and customer-obsessed and are excited to partner with data engineering leaders to unlock customer behavioral signals to serve our customers best. Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive responsibility, including end-to-end experience in performance marketing, program management, product management, and/or partner management, such as email, display advertising, and search engine

  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to work effectively with Product, Legal, Finance, and International Marketing teams to support and implement marketing programs.

  • Ability to develop top-to-top marketing relationships with key app developers’ marketing and product teams and business leadership.

  • Comfortable with advanced Excel work to perform statistical analysis to develop/enhance online marketing program

  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute independently and autonomously to get the job done

  • Oral and written communication skills with attention to detail

  • SQL skill

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or master’s degree in economics, marketing, finance, or related fields

  • Deep analytical abilities, especially for experimental design and analysis

  • Statistical analysis experiences on the online marketing channel improvement

  • Demonstrable history of defining and executing marketing strategies

  • Proven track record of developing lifecycle management and engagement programs, building scalable business processes, and/or online marketing experiments

  • Technical competency and ability to learn new products and work with technology teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
