Amazon Sr Product Marketing Manager, Creator Marketing in Seattle, Washington

Description

The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Key job responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive creator engagement and success in our program. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and driving awareness of our programs features to the Creator community, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and other retail marketing teams to drive creator satisfaction and business growth. Additionally, you will define key performance indicators, track the success of marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
