The Opportunity We are looking for exceptional talent to join our team of Sourcing Partners. This role will play a pivotal part in securing top talent specifically aligned to the areas of Product, Design, and Tech. Our Sourcing Partners operate in a centralized model, providing skill-focused sourcing strategies across multiple business units and stakeholders. Each sourcing partner is responsible for proactively pipelining and engaging with prospects guided by projected business needs and backed by data. Our Sourcing Partners actively gather market intelligence to guide the direction of talent searches and to consult the business on competitive hiring strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our searches and in maintaining a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates poised to drive our company's growth and innovation forward! What you will do: Build and implement skill-focused sourcing strategies:Craft innovative sourcing strategies backed by data, business trends, and market intelligence. Build proactive pipelines: Source and nurture proactive pipelines that are backed by historical hiring data and anticipated business needs. Be a trusted advisor:Collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, providing impactful insights and influencing leaders with your expertise. Champion diversity & inclusion:Proactively source and present exceptional candidates with a focus on a diverse set of backgrounds and internal talent pipelines. Build lasting connections:Develop an "always-on" approach to establishing relationships with top talent, fostering engagement, and cultivating long-term connections. Lead with data & market insights:Influence hiring strategies through skillset-focused market research, advising on talent availability and market demand. Contribute to a winning team:Share your passion for excellence, collaborate optimally, and go above and beyond to find the best solutions. What you need to succeed 2-3 years of sourcing experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology/ digital company or with search firm experience. Well-networked in Product & Design and/or Engineering:Track record of engagement with product & design and/or technical leaders and deep understand of their specific expertise. Collaborative & strategic:Work seamlessly with Talent Partners and Hiring Leaders, offering constructive suggestions and pushing boundaries when needed. Diligent Operator:Ensure accuracy and compliance while using talent intelligence data
