As part of a hardworking team of doers, the Supply Chain Project Manager will ensure operational excellence and process compliance within New Glenn Operations. They will assist operations and supply chain management in resolving significant issues with potential business-wide impact by collaborating cross functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain Program Management and Procurement. Additionally, reporting key supplier progress to operational initiatives at executive reviews with senior-level leadership, both internally and externally, is also part of your responsibilities. Special Mentions: Relocation provided Travel expected up to 10 % of the time Multiple positions available Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the monitoring of critical business-wide metrics and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain effectiveness. Lead the development and execution of long-term capacity planning strategies to support growth. Implement advanced supply chain modeling techniques for inventory optimization and cost reduction. Utilize data-driven insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction in supply chain operations. Collaborate with material planning to maximize critical suppliers' capacity utilization. Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession. Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems. Establish and monitor performance metrics for supply chain management. Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations. Coordinate and resolve company-wide risks and obstacles to align schedules with customer needs. Report key supplier progress to senior leadership in operational initiatives. Direct production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and rate increases with business-wide impact. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 8-10 years of direct experience OR 12+ years in supply chain management, focusing on capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategy and management Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Coupa system(s) Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $134,608.50-$188,451.90 Other site ranges may differ Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
