Our solutions enable collaboration, information flow, and improved performance to protect lives and create a better world.Job Description Provide technical expertise in Video, Card Access, IT Networking, Cyber Security, Active Directory, Cloud Infrastructure Domains, and radio infrastructure. Offer technical support and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Handle the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of wired communications systems, including LAN and WAN. Implement Video, Card Access, and Radio Systems. Install server hardware/OS and software infrastructure and address system/application related issues. Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to understand client needs and objectives, converting them into detailed requirements. Participate in the planning, execution, and solution acceptance process. Perform pre-production client acceptance testing for quality assurance. Work independently and carry out duties without direct supervision. Engage with internal teams, such as Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Service, to collect client requirements and form comprehensive requirements. Ensure the effective installation and configuration of video, card access, and radio systems. Handle server hardware/OS and software infrastructure installation, and troubleshoot to solve system/application issues. Manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of computer networks, including cabling, routers, switches, firewalls, and bridges. Perform client acceptance testing before production to ensure quality. Maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors, addressing any technical or operational issues. Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, and suggest improvements and enhancements to systems. Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Workspace to create reports and documentation.
