Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This exciting role supports the Talent Acquisition team by providing consistent and reliable recruiting support, sourcing and candidate generation, and managing college recruiting activities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also play a critical role in strengthening our early-career talent pipeline and supporting our mission to enhance diversity and inclusion. Additional responsibilities include: Providing dependable support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including posting open positions, verifying job descriptions and salary transparency, coordinating travel logistics, and addressing additional administrative needs. Representing McKinstry as a brand ambassador at networking events, career fairs, and conferences to attract top talent. Assisting in the coordination of the McKinstry BLUE Internship Program by working with schools, hiring managers, and interns to attract and engage early-career talent. Maintaining relationships with former interns to build a strong future talent pipeline and collaborating with hiring managers to convert interns to full-time employees. Conducting interviews, qualifying candidates, negotiating offers, and filling entry-level requisitions. Ensuring all applicant and interview information is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Supporting Talent Acquisition leadership with special programs to ensure milestone achievement and program success. What we would like to see from you: Proven experience in administrative roles, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Jobvite) is a plus. Passion for engaging with early-career talent and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
