As Technical Program Manager, you own large cross-team programs and projects that ensure the data, devices, and systems are secure, resilient, and compliant. Your teammates are a global team of security engineers, software developers, and technical program managers dedicated to continuously raising the security bar.

Key job responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and lead one or more Amazon Healthcare Security programs, providing strategic direction and day to day oversight.

• Manage technical security projects, becoming an SME in the defined technical domain.

• Work with engineers to architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate secure tools and services

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience implementing security controls for highly regulated environments.

• Experience managing projects or programs across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Experience with AWS services.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
