The Opportunity We support ISVs and technology partners as they create and maintain integrations between their products and Adobe's. We seek engaged team members that understand how to troubleshoot data solutions, have a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, and have experience with modern web technologies and web service APIs. What we Do We manage and resolve partner integration problems, providing exceptional ticket-based support to our partners, and ensuring timely resolution of their tickets. We collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams, communicate difficult technical concepts, write knowledge-base articles, and work on other projects to help grow our partner ecosystem. We align with product management and engineering teams to raise issues, report bugs and drive outcomes. We collect partner feedback to help our program director correctly allocate resources and develop the best strategies to grow our partner ecosystem. We understand and articulate the business goals of our integration partners and continuously train ourselves to build and maintain expertise with new Adobe product developments and use cases. What you need to succeed BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 2+ years experience with digital marketing or e-commerce technologies 2+ years experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Experience Platform preferred Excellent creativity, critical thinking, analytical problem solving, and decision-making skills Solid verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to lead a project to completion and set appropriate expectations Familiarity with the following technologies Javascript / JSON / HTML API and Web Service technologies (REST, SOAP, Oauth2, JWT, etc.) Data Transfer technologies (HTTP, SSL, FTP, AWS-S3, Azure Blob, etc.) Data organization and Schemas Martech implementation and tag management iOS & Android development frameworks (preferred) SQL (preferred) Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $57,000 -- $118,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
