Position Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager for Bray Internationals Commercial Division, youll be responsible for maximizing sales within the Pacific Northwest territory (WA, OR, AK, HI, MT, ID) by focusing on direct sales to high-profile OEMs, contractors, engineering firms, and working with Bray sales employees, third-party reps, and distributors. You'll represent a range of electro-mechanical products that drive advancements in the commercial building automation marketplace, contributing to Brays ongoing success even in a fluctuating economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Sales & Relationship Building: - - Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with HVAC Controls contractors, mechanical contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, end users, and other potential customers through face-to-face meetings, email, and phone conversations.

``` - - Technical Support & Solution Sales: - - Educate customers on Bray Commercial products through presentations, meetings, and application discussions.

``` - - Project Strategy & Bid Management: - - Develop strategies for tracking and winning HVAC projects, including influencing specifications and coordinating bid proposals.
```{=html} ``` - - Work with inside sales and project teams to prepare bids and provide project updates. ```{=html} ``` - - Follow-up with customers on open quotations and close sales opportunities.```{=html}
``` - - CRM Management & Reporting: - - Maintain accurate records of sales meetings, opportunities, and customer interactions in the companys CRM system.

``` - - Travel & Customer Engagement: - - Travel up to 50% of the time, including 25-50% overnight travel, to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and provide factory tours and technical presentations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- - Education: - - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technical field, or related experience preferred.
