Position Overview The Global Supply Chain team seeks a skilled analyst to collaborate with us in devising and executing strategies for both domestic and international transportation. Our goal is to enhance delivery efficiency and cut down expenses. The position aims to boost the overall customer satisfaction, both internally and externally, by improving the system's reliability and speed (processing and transit time). In close coordination with various cross-functional units such as Planning, Fulfillment, and Transportation teams, your role will entail ensuring timely availability of the correct products in the Distribution Centers/Fulfillment Centers to meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will involve streamlining processing time and expenses and providing regular progress updates through performance dashboards and operational meetings. What You'll Do In this position, you will communicate transportation business updates and decisions to partners across various levels and departments. You will report on critical Customer Experience KPI's including: On Time delivery, Transit time, Damage free deliveries, and Process cycle time. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the movement of inbound containers from ports across multiple countries to various destination ports, providing detailed monitoring and reporting. Additionally, you'll optimize inventory transfers throughout North America (NA) and Europe (EU), analyzing the process from product origin to distribution centers (DCs) or fulfillment centers (FCs), and offering insights to enhance efficiency to reduce cycle time and ensure timely delivery through the use of daily schedules and tracking. Collaborating with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and both truckload (T/L) and less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers, you'll coordinate loads to DCs/FCs or customers and closely monitor carrier performance. Lastly, you'll manage delivery schedules with DCs/FCs, utilizing various platforms to confirm product availability and schedule inbound shipments. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain Logistics or equivalent experience 3+ year of experience in logistics or supply chain experience Strong analytic and planning skills and experience Salary Range $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
