About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program :

Starbucks internships are paid, 10-12 week assignments (June – August 2025) at the Starbucks Support Center in Seattle - our corporate headquarters. Note: Each student that successfully completes this internship may be considered for full-time career openings upon completion of a Bachelor’s degree program.

About the Starbucks Partner Resources Team

As a member of Starbucks Partner Resources team, you will serve on teams focused on developing and driving talent priorities that fuel business growth, unleash leader capability and elevate the experience of our partners (employees). We are looking for someone who leads through our Starbucks Mission & Values and focused on achieving excellence through delivering on priorities, problem-solving, building capability and leadership qualities.

We offer valuable exposure to various parts of the business as well as senior leadership within the Partner Resources organization. Your experience will include a primary project within a specific functional area of Human Resources that will challenge you and highlight the breadth of a full-time position. As an undergraduate intern, you will be asked to build on your existing knowledge and be positioned to make meaningful and lasting contributions to your team.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to solve business challenges by participating in HR projects and cross-functional team initiatives

  • Project management and process improvement capabilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
