We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and capital management, utilizing various accounting software systems, and overseeing annual budget processes. This is a hybrid position that was newly created! Must be out of the logistics or freight forwarding industry to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the business unit

• Monthly financial analysis, forecasts, trend analysis

• Yearly planning and budgeting

• Develop and manage the annual budget and budget processes to ensure financial efficiency

• Utilize 3M for efficient capital management

• Supervise the financial planning and analysis to drive the financial stability of the business

• Liaise with different business units to ensure financial consistency and transparency

• Monitor and analyze financial performance and report on financial status

• Develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the business unit

• Manage the financial planning and analysis team, ensuring quality control of financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements

• CPA or MBA is a plus

• Logistics Systems is a plus!

• Logistics industry is required

• 4+ years of experience

• Knowledge of EPM tools

• Ability to manage Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience in creating and managing Annual Budgets

• In-depth understanding of Budget Processes

• Ability to efficiently coordinate with different Business Units

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
