Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives and employee needs, as well as implementing and advising on HR strategies and initiatives. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of internal and external factors affecting the organization and make decisions based on this knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a business partner understanding the needs, goals, and challenges of the organization and employees

• Exhibit an executive level knowledge and understanding of finances, goals, budgets, and people

• Navigate through challenging leadership situations, providing guidance and solutions where necessary

• Foster innovation and creativity in problem-solving and strategy development

• Maintain a proactive approach in all duties, anticipating issues and needs before they arise

• Prioritize the best interest of the company and employees in all decision-making

• Utilize HRMS and other software (such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian) to manage HR functions

• Oversee benefit functions and compensation administration

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

• Manage employee relations, providing support and resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software

• Experience in handling Benefit Functions

• Expertise in Compensation Administration

• Understanding of Compliance regulations and procedures

• Strong skills in Employee Relations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
