As a SONIC Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant
(People, Operations, Profits, and Sales) in conjunction with the General Manager. You will
provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers have an enjoyable
experience every time. Through hiring, training, managing, and developing, you will help your
crew spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
Moments of Magic You Bring to the Crew
One to two years of prior restaurant management experience; QSR highly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

$14.50 – $19.00 per hour
The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position . Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
