Are you a driven painter with solid experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Painter who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Sedalia, MO location. You will assist in assembling of a wide variety of heavy equipment.

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

• Work directly with plant manager, shop supervisor, customer, drafter, and peers to produce finished products. Proficient in modern painting techniques and equipment. Good working knowledge of industrial paints, primers and thinners.

• Ability to complete required tasks in a timely manner with a good finish using a variety of products. Utilizes knowledge of various machines, painting practices and techniques to complete all assignments.

• Must be able to paint all products in a variety of sizes.

• Experience in problem analysis and resolution. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Must have working knowledge of sand blast procedures that may be required on some products. Must be familiar with product assembly and application.

• Must have strong oral communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. Successful applicant will be safety conscious and have good housekeeping practices. Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced
