Actalent Assistant Project Manager in Seekonk, Massachusetts

A top GC in the Greater Boston area is looking for an Assistant Project Manager!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Monitor project progress and report on status to the Project Manager.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and team members.

  • Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and change orders.

  • Maintain organized project files and documentation in Procore.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or related roles.

  • Proficiency in Procore software is required.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

  • MS Project and MS Office is a plus
