Dallas County Water and Sewer Authority is currently seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator III to be responsible for the safe and economical operation and maintenance of water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection and wastewater treatment facilities. Duties consist of operating wastewater treatment facilities to control flow and processing of wastewater to meet discharge permits; coordinating and assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance projects on water/wastewater systems throughout the County; and improving water/wastewater treatment system's processes to ensure regulatory compliance and water quality are always maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a valid drivers license. High School Diploma/GED is required. Must currently possess an Alabama Grade III-IV Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license.
