Requirements

: Recent Master's Graduate: You have recently completed (or will complete before the program's start) a master's degree in finance, Business Administration, or Economics. Professional Experience: Ideally, you have some professional experience in a Finance-related function such as Controlling or Audit. Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator with strong oral and written skills. Financial Expertise: You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis. Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in IT, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience with business intelligence tools or programming is a plus. Work Authorization: You hold valid work authorization in the U.S. Team and Global Mindset: You thrive in a team environment, have a global perspective, and are eager to learn. You are open to new ideas, persistent, and curious. Career Interest: You are passionate about developing a career in Controlling, particularly within the Manufacturing sector.
