Provide technical support to field sales, distributors, and customers both remotely and in-person; generating tailored engineered judgments and job specific details utilizing sound engineering principles.

· Provide on-site field supervision to support testing, programs, and key customer projects.

· Assist in the design and evaluation of optimized Alkegen and customer specific systems.

· Coordinate product testing and system certification conducted at independent labs.

· Conduct training seminars for new salespersons, distributors, customers, and industry professionals.

· Assist Sales and marketing team promote the products to the end user with the technical background

· Attend industry meetings and participates in associations involved with the development of codes and standards that create demand for passive fire protection systems and Alkegen products.

· Assist Application Engineering Manager, Sales, & Marketing Director. as necessary with general analysis and special projects.

· Manages and initiates the creation of technical data and presentations to support the commercialization of new system introductions and existing business.

· Maintains knowledge of and monitors competitive system offerings.

· Develop basic presentation materials for educating customers on the use of lithium battery fire protection materials developed by Alkegen

· Maintain AE database and global AE team communication

· Obtains design form from customers or Sales Engineers to assist to complete application engineering requests

Qualifications/Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

· Typically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical engineering or application engineering. Background in electrical vehicle industry preferred

· Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

· Experience in managing projects and delivering results within deadlines.

· Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

· Understanding and addressing customer needs in the development process.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
