Ohio Farmers Insurance Company Digital Marketing Coordinator in Seville, Ohio

Hybrid - defined as three days in office if residence is within 50 miles of Westfield Center, OH or Remote - if residence is over 50 miles from Westfield Center, OH The Digital Marketing Coordinator, working under direct supervision, is responsible for collaborating with Marketing and Corporate Communications, the Digital User Experience team and leaders across the organization to develop and execute compelling strategies to promote the company's brand and business goals in the social and digital space. This role is responsible for inbound reputation management on social channels and provides first line of engagement to identify, triage and collaborate with the appropriate business units to help resolve negative posts and promote positive ones. The role also plans and implements comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, builds, maintains and enhances company's digital presence on social media platforms, new and existing. The role is accountable for executing company's digital marketing initiatives, overseeing digital analytics and leading the buildup of our digital marketing acumen, creating and executing digital campaigns that help company meet its business goals and deliver on its business strategy. Supports development of web content designed for social media to maximize effectiveness and reach communication strategies. Develops and drives company's integrated social content activation programs while managing approved budget. Defines social and content communications strategies within scope of responsibility. Strategizes and implements paid social media initiatives by identifying the appropriate marketing communication approach and coordinating the design and delivery of effective digital marketing tactics with key internal partners and/or external vendors and agencies. Manages the social media monitoring software for our social media platforms and provides first line of engagement to identify, triage and collaborate with the appropriate business units to help resolve negative posts and promote positive ones to help oversee company's reputation management. Supports the Marketing and Communications team by documenting, calendaring and delivering timely content updates to company's digital platforms, including corporate Internet, Extranet and Intranet websites. Produces web-based analytics and makes recommendations for optimizing content (Search Engine Optimization) on company's digital platforms. Oversees digital marketing campaigns to support our segment initiatives which could be lead generation and customer/agent acquisition, customer service or product awareness, or other initiatives. Establishes, and gains stakeholder alignment on, specific goals and creative briefs for each digital marketing campaign and utilizes existing internal platforms to manage the inputs and outputs needed for digital marketing campaigns. Utilizes a test and learn approach to optimize digital marketing campaigns in terms of tests of creative, copy, placement and media. Develops external agency partnerships to support digital marketing initiatives, to fill in best-of-breed providers on specific tasks associated with digital marketing campaigns. Ensures that digital marketing campaigns are meeting the needs of customers across our business segments through active measurement towards campaign goals and dissemination of results. 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Services or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
