Providence St. Joseph Health RN Supervisor - Long Term Care in Seward, Alaska

The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an innovative elder-directed care model. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the elder's comprehensive plan of care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

  • 1 year - clinical nursing.

  • Experience In gerontological nursing is necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - in Nursing.

  • 1 year - clinical supervisory, management or resource.

  • Experience in long-term care.
