Role: Supply Chain Coordinator, Sewickley Warehouse

Must have experience: High School/GED or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in operations, logistics, or related field. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklift. Depending on location, position may require a class C driver's license.

Location: 210 Overlook Drive, Sewickley, PA

Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday

01 The Job

As the Supply Chain Coordinator of the Sewickley Warehouse, you will oversee the operation of one of The Warehouse program areas such as: Teacher Resource Center, Building Materials or General gifts-in-kind in a large Warehouse facility.   • Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.

  • Oversee the operation of one of The Warehouse program areas in a large Warehouse facility.

  • Evaluate and accept appropriate gifts-in-kind for use in World Vision program activities and disaster response, based on identified ministry needs.

  • Implement a safety program for all paid staff and volunteers, ensuring that all required safety measures are in place, operational, and that there is adherence to these measures.

  • Maintain inventory control system, including accurate data entry and timely report generation.

  • Coordinate regular communication with a network of ministry partners.

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports to show activity, inventory, distribution and partner reporting activity.

  • Work collaboratively when asked to work as part of a team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.

    05 Salary Range & Benefits

    The full range for this position is $24.35 - $36.07 hourly. This applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is   $25 - $30 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
