Position: Entry-Level Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator

Location: Seymour, CT

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Shift Details:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Position Overview

Adecco is seeking experienced candidates for an entry-level SMT Operator role. This long-term opportunity involves operating equipment such as screen printers, paste inspection machines, pick and place systems, and reflow ovens. You will collaborate with the group leader, setup person, and parts coordinator to set up and run jobs on machines as directed by the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communication: Communicate and listen effectively in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Problem-Solving: Address minor issues and identify larger problems that require supervisor assistance.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as a member of a team.

  • Adaptability: Perform effectively under time pressure and adapt positively to changes.

  • Work Environment: Contribute to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment by complying OSHA, and SDS safety policies.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
