Salary Range This area has been designated as a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area (MHPSA). Employees who primarily work in an MHPSA will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above). Practitioner Pro-rated at .2 FTE: $10,592.13 - $12,264.57 Clinical Trainee Pro-rated at .2 FTE: $11,651.34 - $13,491.03 Clinician - Fully Licensed Pro-rated at .2 FTE: $13,350.50 - $15,458.47 The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth. Location Shakopee, MN (this is an on-site position) Schedule 7.5 hours per week Minimum Qualifications Clinician Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy Clinical Trainee Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling Possess a current and valid OR currently pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC) Practitioner Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences. AND Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance. OR Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care." Preferred Qualification Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations. Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services.
