Position Summary: The Sr. Program Manager collaborates with key client stakeholders, Imagine print and fulfillment operations, IT, finance, and account services to successfully manage and execute enterprise programs. Leads a dedicated internal team supporting a book of enterprise clients. Works closely with the Imagine team to execute the entire production cycle. Ensures quality control, tracks results, and performance measurement, and manages day-to-day activities of client's premier enterprise programs to ensure efficient operation and effective execution. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Draft custom client operating manuals for all program clients to ensure continuity of business and alignment of client SLAs and KPIs inside all Imagine facilities Meet with key internal pre-production stakeholders to secure timely estimates, samples, drawings, designs, CAD packets, prototypes, and schedules Confirm production schedules and prepare bid information in detailed or summarized proposals for client review Build and maintain the relationship between the client and internal teams Lead a cross-functional team to ensure internal deliverables are aligned with strategic client commitments to meet P&L expectations Identify gaps in the workflow process and work with internal stakeholders to problem-solve and implement improved processes to ensure timely and repeatable execution Interface with internal software to understand specific workflows for all Imagine's manufacturing facilities - including but limited to bid requests, job assignments, production tracking, invoicing, and continuous improvement Provide requested customer-facing metrics reports as requested from existing reporting tools. Maintain a production status document for all assigned projects Lead weekly internal calls to ensure stakeholders are aligned with ongoing activity Ensure consistent invoicing and collections Troubleshooting questions from the client that pertain to technology site, orders, and tracking Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis in preparation for quarterly business reviews and monthly reporting Preparation of data in presentation format for internal and external meetings Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work or role with 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience. Preferred Qualifications: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION Previous experience with a print management firm KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Highly proficient with technology, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel Able to demonstrate the ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job. Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately. Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity. Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignment . Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments. Requires excellent communication skills with the ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand. Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations. Must be able to articulate business needs to both internal and external customers clearly The national pay range for this role is $xx,000- $xx.00/ year or hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
