The Behavioral Tech Supervisor will serve as a key member of the Victory House team by ensuring the clients' health, safety and dignity needs are met. Also, properly supervise assigned staff to maintain the facility's daily operations.

Victory House is a 30 bed inpatient halfway house for adult men with substance use disorder. Victory House aims to empower individuals to continue their recovery journey after rehab in a safe, secure, and supportive environment.

Job description

• Provides leadership for Behavioral HealthTech staff and works collaboratively with Senior Leadership
• Participates in the interview and hiring process for Behavioral HealthTech staff
• Ensures proper training of intake procedures, daily responsibilities for each shift
• Responsible for staff work schedules and ensures department is staffed accordingly on each shift
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals on Tech staff
• Ability to coach, counsel, and discipline Tech staff
• Payroll for staff
• Supervises client activities and observes and issues within the community
• Participate in staff meetings as needed
• Notify clinical staff of any client concerns
• Leads client groups
• Clear communication with supervisors and coworkers
• Report maintenance or vehicle problems to Director in a timely manner.
• Report and write detailed, concise incident reports
• Comply with all regulatory requirements
• Ensure facility policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Be available to handle staff and client issues as needed
• Maintains appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior with clients, families, and other professionals
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or other management

Position Qualifications:

Education: A minimum of high school education, or GED preferred

Experience: A minimum of one (1) years' experience in treatment industry preferred
