We are seeking an experienced Environmental Due Diligence Project Manager for our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

  • Major responsibilities for the position will include management of due diligence services including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.

  • Other responsibilities include management and oversite of project-related tasks including client management; preparing proposals, including job scopes and budgets; project coordination, including management of field activities, report writing, or projects involving Phase I due diligence, Phase II subsurface investigation and hazardous material characterization.

  • Participate in new client/project development via completion of proposals, client meetings, etc.

  • Must become thoroughly familiar with ATC policies and procedures.

  • Individual must be organized and able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Ability to work well with others.

Job Requirements:

  • Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • B.S. degree in environmental related field is preferred.

  • 5 years’ experience conducting environmental due diligence, building science and petroleum release assessment activities

  • Preferred certifications include 40-hour HAZWOPER training, ODOT Environmental Prequalification

  • Valid driver’s license required as field work and local site travel is involved

Technical Requirements:

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Should be able to effectively manage people, time, and prioritize projects with minimal supervision to meet established deadlines

  • Should have competent computer knowledge including Microsoft Office; must be able to enter, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic form

  • Should possess a good understanding of ASTM E 1527, and a working knowledge of BUSTR regulations concerning underground storage tank assessment and remediation.

Other miscellaneous qualities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of NEPA and/or ODOT assessments a plus

  • Licensed to complete asbestos surveys, radon testing, and lead-based paint inspections a plus

  • Experience with Phase II ESA / Subsurface Investigation
