Our client, a leader in the distribution industry, is seeking a Distribution Technician to join their team. As a Distribution Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting essential operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Distribution Technician

Location: Shawnee, OK

Pay Rate: $16.60 per hour

What's the Job?

• Efficiently and safely perform a variety of material handling activities including loading/unloading freight and stacking materials.

• Package, label, and complete required documentation in response to various distribution instructions.

• Perform shipping activities including scheduling freight carriers and ensuring accuracy of all goods and paperwork.

• Receive inbound freight, ensuring documents are complete and accurate, and perform necessary data entry.

• Monitor stock levels and resolve allocation and shortage problems effectively.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 8 months distribution experience similar to packaging, shipping, or receiving.

• Must reside within the immediate geographical area of Shawnee, OK.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Commitment to safety and compliance with established procedures.
