Johnsonville, LLC Financial Analyst Position Overview: Johnsonville, LLC, a strong, high-growth company, has an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to join us as a Financial Analyst at our global headquarters. This position will play a key role within the operations finance team, streamlining processes for the greater team and creating a center of excellence for cost accounting activities. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have a strong desire for continuous improvement across the network. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a centralized approach to month and year-end close responsibilities for all domestic production plants * Develop SOPs for key processes associated with month-end, monthly forecasting, and the annual operating plan * Partner with various functional area leaders to help define, measure, educate and bring actionable insights to key performance measures * Continuously learn the manufacturing side of our business including plant operations and supply chain as you work with members across functions * Manage measurement and tracking of major cost-savings initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability towards the impact of these activities * Create tools and reporting to allow for centralized creation of weekly and monthly plant reports, saving transactional time across our production facilities * Coordinating with the applicable Plant Controllers and other resources, develop ad-hoc network analysis as needed * Develop and maintain strong relationships and communications at all levels of the organization Date: August 29, 2024 Location: Global Sausage Headquarters, Sheboygan Falls, WI (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee) Coach: Finance Manager - Network Operations Member Status: Full Time, Salaried Travel: Not a ton, less than 10% of your time Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing.
