Job Title: Die Cutter Operator

Location: Sheboygan, WI

What’s the Job?

• Must have the knowledge to read and interpret Factory Ticket (FT) and Die Chart for specific job

• Must have the ability to perform Make Ready Duties to include: Load tooling, setup feeder, striking in counter

• plate, and setting swords

• Ability to run all of the Die Cutting machines in the department

• Troubleshoot problems on the die cutting press and communicate with the team

*Assist performing all required maintenance on Die Cutting equipment

• Knick Die to proper standards

• Responsible for proper register/creasing/cutting

• Responsible for inspecting each load produced on the die cutter for defective material

What’s Needed?

Ability to set up and run Bobst Die Cutters. Folding carton Experience Preferred Must have Strong Mechanical Aptitude Must have great people skills and ability to work in a team environment Must have good judgement along with strong self-motivation Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and in a face paced manufacturing environment Die Room and Pre-make ready experience preferred but not required
