•    Cook Cantonese styled Chinese dishes on the menu. •    Create new recipes for the restaurant; and add and delete menu items according to the customers' needs; adjust menu price and items as necessary. •    Coordinate with work schedules of the kitchen staff. •    Check quality of foods and inventories on daily basis to ensure food supplies are fresh and meet the government-required standards. •    Supervise kitchen staff to ensure food preparation procedures are followed to guaranty the quality and taste of dishes served to the customers.
