Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of equipment including Roll Forming Equipment, Extrusion Equipment, Injection Molding Equipment, Sonic Welders, Hydraulic Saws, Hydraulic Benders, Mig Welding on Robots, Spot Welding, Yasakawa Robots, and Clip Machines. Responsibilities include operating, changing over, setting, repairing, and improving fillers, packaging equipment, combining equipment, and auxiliary equipment. The role also involves maintaining logs, recording labor, materials, and equipment used, calibrating and checking instruments, responding quickly to emergency situations, and using various tools such as drills, mechanical saws, sanders, and buffers. Additionally, the role requires wiring machines and electrical panels in line with prints, welding or operating a Miller, assembling gas circuits from prints, performing light machining, and troubleshooting problems to offer logical solutions.
