Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a highly qualified manufacturing finance lead supporting the MRO sites. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting appropriate aftermarket cost, and financial oversight of the manufacturing centers' performance.

The ability to maintain a high standard of performance in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities is a key success factor in this role. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, be team oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include:

- Reporting and analysis of operations and shop floor performance metrics

- Manage and lead oversight of production capital finance

- Forward pricing rate proposal support for MRO shop load & expenses

- Manage shop operations supply expenses & service center budgets

- Analyze variances and develop corrective action plans with MRO operations leadership team

- Drive / embrace process improvement initiatives, which includes creating / maintaining standard work, along with active participation in all other finance Enterprise Excellence initiatives

- Aftermarket Operational Program EAC/ETC support as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar

- Advanced understanding of Manufacturing and Manufacturing Finance

- Experience in fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and/or customer needs

- Capital Finance experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Motivated self-starter

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, SAP and Hyperion Planning preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
