Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Production Technician to join our highly skilled team. You will report directly to the Production Manager and will be involved in all aspects of the filter media manufacturing process at our Shoemakersville, PA facility. You will be expected to support all manufacturing needs while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use different skills every day to aid in the manufacturing process of our proprietary filter media. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and be comfortable operating to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position also could involve the opportunity to travel and perform component changeouts for our installed system base.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manufacturing of in-duct air filters, including oven operation and final filter assembly
• Manufacturing of in-line gas filters
• Operation of industrial oven
• Operation of industrial hot glue gun
• Operation of ultrasonic sewing machine
• Operation of rivet gun
• Operation of scales for weighing materials
• Packaging of finished product
• Palletization of finished product
• Transporting materials to and from storage areas
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
