Your compensation: Our pay ranges are built to allow candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $58,000 - $72,000 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $58,000 - $87,000. What you'll do: Responsibilities: You will directly supervise employees in the branch and maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and act as lead in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will assist members with routine financial transaction, open new member accounts and accept, review, and process loans including consumer, Home Equity and business. Requirements: Three years successful work experience as a Universal Associate/Personal Banker or equivalent position at another financial institution required. New accounts, lending and sales experience required. Two years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. In addition: Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available. Our Hours: To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM or 9:15AM to 5:45PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM -1:15PM affording a day off during the week. About Sound Credit Union...
