What you'll do: Responsibilities: You will directly supervise employees in the branch and maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and act as lead in the absence of the Branch Manager. You will assist members with routine financial transaction, open new member accounts and accept, review, and process loans including consumer, Home Equity and business. Requirements: Three years successful work experience as a Universal Associate/Personal Banker or equivalent position at another financial institution required. New accounts, lending and sales experience required. Two years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. In addition: Must be bondable.
