KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner - Federal Business Applications to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Participate in development and execution of ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap for the US for a specific ServiceNow module or group of modules
Working with direct business stakeholders, business process owners and executive leaders to define the product vision, roadmap and partner with the platform owner to ensure delivery using Agile methodologies
Serve as the single point of ownership for an entire module or group of modules and coordinate the delivery of new features and workflows, coordinate the daily operations, and work with stakeholders in the business and within the technology organization to ensure smooth product operations
Manage a team of ServiceNow Technical Product Managers, Developers and Technical Leads; Manage a team of Technical Product Managers, Developers and Technical Leads; Work with SCRUM Masters, Business Analysts, ServiceNow Architects and other resources as required to deliver ServiceNow Product releases
Provide backlog management and sprint planning for a module or set of modules; Provide leadership and direction and remove obstacles to ensure the product and team members have all the tools and guidance to successfully execute the strategies
Work with the technology organization's Agile CoE to ensure product delivery is using Agile optimally; Coordinate solutions to project barriers and escalate appropriately; Steer overall business expectations, perceptions and support ongoing two-way communication of product strategies, priorities and governance
Minimum eight years of experience using ServiceNow to leverage and create enterprise solutions for driving digital transformation of an organization including in-depth understanding of a platform's capabilities and the most effective approach to meet the desired digital transformation outcomes
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Certifications in CISSP, NIST, Cyber Security are highly desirable
Deep knowledge and experience in understanding enterprise requirements necessary to successfully implement a complex SaaS or PaaS solution including a strong appreciation for understanding security, data and business usage requirements; ServiceNow Agile 2.0 experience for Theme, Epic, Story Workflows is desired; ServiceNow Platform knowledge including Workflows, API Integrations and integration with other Cloud Service Providers is preferred
Advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement; Cloud FedRAMP ILS4 experience and ServiceNow FedRAMP experience are highly desired
Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
US Citizenship is required; Must be able to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance at a minimum; Previous background working for a Federal Service Provider or in any of the Federal Agencies is required
