Description We are offering a contract for a potential permanent position at our location in the Construction/Contractor industry. The role of a Billing Clerk involves handling billing and collection operations, administrative duties, and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle billing functions using appropriate software.

• Oversee collection processes and operations.

• Carry out administrative duties as required.

• Input data accurately and efficiently.

• Support in maintaining customer credit records.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and collections.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

• Be open to learning and growing with the team.

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain a flexible approach to adapt to the company's growth and changes. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the construction/contractor industry

• Proficient in various billing functions and billing software

• Demonstrated skills in billing collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

• Knowledgeable in collection operations and processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness

• Proven ability in managing collections, with an emphasis on maintaining positive client relationships

• Strong understanding of the complete billing process, from generating invoices to receiving payments

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all billing and collection activities adhere to industry standards and company policies.
