Job Title: Pasta Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Pasta Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operation and cleanliness of pasta production equipment. Your responsibilities will include executing quality and control checks, making necessary adjustments to machinery to meet product specifications, and ensuring the production area is clean and safe. You will operate pasta production and support equipment to maximize output while adhering to quality and safety standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for deep cleaning machines at the end of each shift and preparing them for safe operation at the beginning of each shift. This role requires flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Work Environment

Work hours are 3 PM to 2 AM, varying based on production needs with schedules issued bi-weekly. Weekend shifts are rotated. The role involves standing for a minimum of 8 hours and working in extreme temperatures. It requires physical activities such as lifting, bending, and stretching.
