Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the maintenance technicians.  Making sure maintenance work orders are completed in a timely fashion, purchasing and delivering supplies for jobs, estimating larger job and outside customer jobs. Maintenance tech will be responsible for completing work orders as assigned for basic handyman/ repair or labor tasks.
