*Diesel Technician - $50/Hour - Start ASAP*

Pay: $30 - $50/HR ( Based on experience )

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Technician to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related components in a variety of vehicles and equipment. Diesel Technician Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system diagnostics.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose engine and system issues using diagnostic tools and software.

• Repair or replace faulty components, such as fuel systems, exhaust systems, and electrical systems.

• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.

Diesel Technician Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks.

• Must have your own set of general tools.

• Strong knowledge of computers for diagnosis and repair order systems

• Technical degree or certification a plus

• Diesel engine certification-engine overhaul and diagnostics a must

• CDL preferred but not required.
