We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Manager. As the Help Desk Manager, your core function will be to supervise the daily operations of our help desk team, manage T1/2 incidents, and continuously optimize our support processes. You will be a key team leader, guiding a team of support technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires one that is a focused leader as it will have 6+ reports. Having experience managing or supervising a help desk is very important. Must have experience with Help Desk flows and basic ITIL knowledge. Some light travel will be required to stay in touch with the team. Onsite 5 days a week!!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the help desk team to guarantee efficient and effective customer support

• Manage T1/2 incidents to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

• Optimize support processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Provide guidance and support to a team of support technicians

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer issues are resolved appropriately

• Utilize your knowledge of various technologies such as Citrix Technologies, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware to enhance our help desk operations

• Monitor the team's performance, provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and performance

• Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve customer support across the organization

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the industry to ensure our help desk operations are in line with industry standards

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our help desk operations.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

• Knowledge in Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is necessary

• Proficiency in Active Directory is required

• Must possess skills in Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management is essential

• Must have experience in Deployments and Deskside Support

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
